Fair Bundles Quantity Breaks ("the app") is made by Kalvis Labs, Vilnius, Lithuania. This policy explains what the app stores when a merchant installs it on a Shopify store, and why.
What we store
- Your store's Shopify domain and the access token Shopify gives the app, so it can work in your store.
- App settings for your store, and a monthly count of orders where one of the app's discounts was used, so we can show it and size your plan.
Your offers themselves are saved in your Shopify store as discounts, not on our servers.
What we don't store
The app does not read or store personal information about your customers: no names, emails, addresses or order details. It has no access to orders or customers in Shopify. The product-page picker loads no tracking and makes no network calls of its own.
Who processes it
- Shopify, which runs your store, billing and the app platform.
- Railway, which hosts the app's server and database.
We don't sell or share data with anyone else, and we don't use it for advertising.
Deletion
When you uninstall the app, Shopify removes its discounts and theme block from your store. Shopify then asks us to delete your store's data (48 hours after uninstall) and we delete everything we hold for your store. You can also ask us to delete it sooner.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the data we hold about your store at any time. We're based in the EU and follow the GDPR.
